There is no mileage fee within a 20-mile radius of our Ellisville, MO showroom. If your location is beyond 20 miles but within 100 miles, your service and/or delivery quote will include a modest milage fee (calculated transparently using the milage & our per mile fee) for the inbound and outbound trips.
FACING A WINTER EMERGENCY?

CALL USIf your hot tub loses power or has a mechanical failure during freezing temperatures, we recommend taking the following actions while also reaching out to our service department ASAP..
- Do not drain the tub unless it’s fully winterized. Hot tubs can retain residual heat for a good bit of time and the water in the plumbing will freeze faster when drained, potentially cracking pipes and damaging the shell.
- Check the Power & GFCI Breaker. Look for tripped breakers on your spa panel and home circuit box. Reset the GFCI outlet if tripped.
- Keep the cover on. Keeping the cover on and secured will help keep any heat into the spa, helping to prevent further damage. If there is snow on the cover/ around the tub, leaving that will also help to insulate it like an igloo. You can also place space blankets or insulation over the cover.
- Keep the pipes warm. If your spa has no power, use blankets or insulation to wrap the spa cabinet. If you have some technical training, AT YOUR OWN RISK, you may want to try opening the equipment compartment and placing a space heater or 60W+ work light safely inside to keep the pipes and pump warm. DO NOT place heater or light directly in contact with plumbing or wiring.
