We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to provide outstanding customer service. That’s why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on all hot tub repairs and maintenance services. The following terms outline what this guarantee includes and its limitations.
What’s Covered
Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all hot tub repair services performed by St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse technicians and covers the following:
- Workmanship Guarantee: If a repair is not completed to professional standards or does not resolve the documented issue, we will return to address the problem at no additional labor cost within 30 days of the original service.
- Customer Experience: If you are dissatisfied with the professionalism, cleanliness, or courtesy of our technician(s), we will address your concerns promptly and take corrective action as needed.
What’s Not Covered
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover:
- Issues outside the original scope of work or new/unrelated problems that arise after the initial repair.
- Pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or failed parts not installed by our team.
- Normal wear and tear or misuse of the hot tub after service.
- Delays due to manufacturer part availability or external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, shipping).
- Customer-provided parts or repairs completed by third parties after our initial service.
- Hot tubs that are not in working order due to outdated electrical, plumbing, or structural systems that fall outside the scope of the original service request.
Limitations
- Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of service, unless otherwise specified in a care plan you are actively enrolled in with an account in good standing.
- Customer must notify us of any issues in writing (email or form submission) within the guarantee window.
- The guarantee applies only to labor and workmanship, not to replacement parts unless otherwise stated.
- Any repairs or modifications performed by someone other than St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse after our service void the guarantee.
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a Satisfaction Guarantee claim:
- Contact us at [insert email or phone number] within 30 days of your service.
- Provide your service date, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- A representative will schedule a follow-up visit or provide a resolution within 5 business days.
Right to Refuse or Modify
St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse reserves the right to modify this policy or refuse follow-up service if the terms have not been met or if the claim is found to be fraudulent or outside the bounds of this guarantee.
