We will pick up and move a tub that is purchased on a third-party Marketplace site.  However, the purchaser must be present to do final inspection of the hot tub and finalize the transaction.  

We highly recommend you have one of our Service Technicians help you inspect any used hot tub before finalizing your transaction to ensure the tub is in good, operable condition and can be safely moved.  We unfortunately encounter many marketplace tubs that are waterlogged or have damaged parts and therefore either can't be moved and/or are likely to have repair costs that exceed the purchase cost.  See our Hot Tub Inspection Service Page for more information on this service.  

Yes!  We have partners who help us safely dispose of hot tubs that are past their useful lifespan, and we can provide you with our nominal disposal fee.  

If your tub can be refurbished, we're also happy to provide a quote on what we would pay for your tub to refurbish it for a customer seeking a refurbished tub.
