🛁   How It Works

If you find the same hot tub (same brand, model, and configuration) advertised at a lower price by a local, authorized retailer within 30 days of your purchase, we won’t just match it—we’ll beat it by 5% of the difference.

✅   To Qualify:

• The competitor must be an authorized dealer of the brand and located within 100 miles of our store.
• The hot tub must be in stock or available at competitor
• The hot tub must be new and identical (model number, color, features, and specs).
• The lower price must be verifiable through a current ad, written quote, or website listing.
• The offer must include all associated fees (e.g., delivery/shipping, setup, cover, steps, taxes).
• Claims must be submitted within 60 days of your purchase.

❌  Exclusions Apply To:

• Refurbished, open-box, floor models, factory seconds, used, manufacturer close out specials, or clearance units
• Online-only retailers or third-party marketplaces (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, eBay)
• Bulk, group, or membership pricing (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club)
• Errors in advertised prices or unauthorized resellers
• Special financing, bundle, free offers or promotional offers not available to the general public
• Price match guarantee may not be combined with any other offers or coupons. Should products be deemed below a manufacturer's MAP (minimum advertised price) or other guidelines set forth by the manufacturer, items may not be eligible.

💬  How to Submit a Price Match Request

Email us at info@besthottubprices.com with the following:

• Your original receipt
• Proof of the lower price (URL, ad, or quote)
• Competitor’s business info

Once verified, we’ll process your 105% refund of the price difference via your original payment method or store credit, whichever you choose.
