Chemicals needed to balance your water are included at the time of visit. Replacement filters are not included. The following items need to be accessible by St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse Service Technicians to avoid having to schedule a return visit: water for use for water care, a power outlet and an unobstructed path to the hot tub free of snow, ice or storage items. St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse reserves the right not to complete service if our Technicians do not have sufficient access. Additional charges may apply for any required return visits. If you need an immediate service appointment you will be charged the service fee defined in your contract. Cost of tarp & rope for winterization not included in seasonal plans.
